Winemaker's Notes

Only 6 barrels of this luscious wine were bottled. This wine has powerful and deep aromatics, loads of black fruit, hints of cedar, sweet vanilla, cassis, and super fine grain tannins which lend to a lengthy, broad and powerful palate. Grown mostly from the Coombsville region in southern Napa Valley, this cab blend consists of a selection of my finest Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards and was triple sorted down to the berry, fermented in both small open top fermenters and new French oak barrels with 50% native yeast, and matured in 90% new French oak for 22 months.

Allow to decant for 2 to 24 hours to enjoy this wine at its fullest potential.
