Winemaker's Notes

The blends for this line of wines are completely non-traditional and have only a few requirements... it has to be unique, amazing, and rare. When a worthy blend is devised it is given a unique name which has parallel meaning to the wine itself. An extremely small volume of the blend is produced... usually only 1 barrel.

The name Valhalla was derived from Scandinavian mythology. For a gladiator, dying in battel is the greatest honor achievable. When the worrior perishes, the Valkyrie collects and escorts their soul to the grand, enormous, and beautiful hall called Valhalla where they wait for the afterlife.
When wine is consumed in mass quantities, we refer to the bottles as
fallen soldiers... you be the valkyrie... take your bottle to Valhalla.
