Hello, and welcome. My name is Jason Moore. I'm the winemaker and founding partner of Modus Operandi Cellars here in Napa Valley. I wanted to thank you very much for joining my mailing list, my passion, and my dream come true small family winery here in Napa Valley. Whether you found yourself here, whether it was from a tasting with me in Napa, an in home winemaker mixer in your neck of the woods, or a referral from a friend, I'm really glad you're here. Before we dive in, I just wanna give you a little context for what you're about to receive from me. The first emails you'll see are about my story and how I got here, how a carpenter's son and teenage waiter from Dallas ended up making wine in Napa for the last pretty much twenty years. Out of respect for your time, I'll share these emails in short little bite sized pieces, always designed to be one to two minute reads. From there, the focus shifts to the wines themselves, but not in the usual way. Rather than technical tasting notes that no one really cares about, I'm gonna introduce each wine through basically weaving their style and my personal feeling for them into, like, movie and pop culture references that capture their personality and energy. It's a more intuitive way to understand what these wines are about. And once it clicks, it really clicks. They're meant to be enjoyable. Again, quick to read and a little bit different from what usually shows up as a wine marketing email. So these are definitely not traditional, and they're definitely not pretentious. That's just who we are. Now one quick note before we get started with those. I'll be introducing to you between seven or eight or so different wines spread out over the next few weeks. Oftentimes, people get inspired to place an order and try these wines, but because of the range of wines I'm gonna introduce to you, you may like, let's say, two of them or four of them or even all of them. So placing online orders individually is really not a good idea just regards to the shipping efficiencies. So I'm going to encourage you, don't order online for these. Okay? Do not place orders online for these. Just reply directly to the emails with what you'd like, and we'll keep track of that on our end on a spreadsheet. K? And at the end of this series of wine introductions, we'll create a consolidated order with the most efficient shipping, and you'll get exactly what you want. But it's just it's definitely a better way to go. And also, here's a great part. These emails will have some special pricing that you will not find listed on our online store. I firmly believe that the best marking that I have for my wines is the wine itself. So I wanna make that as easy and as accessible as possible.
